If production has already commenced, cancellation terms — including any non-refundable portion of the advance to cover work, materials, or labor already committed — will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
  • For bulk, wholesale, OEM, or ODM inquiries, specific terms regarding minimum order quantities (MOQs), pricing, sampling, customization, and lead times will be communicated separately and agreed upon before production begins.
  • Standard order processing typically takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on product type, customization involved, and current production load, as detailed in our [Shipping & Payment Policy].
  • Payment terms, shipping costs, and delivery timelines for confirmed orders will be shared and agreed upon directly with our team outside of this website, since we do not process transactions online.

5. Customization, OEM & ODM Orders

Many of our designs can be customized in terms of fabric, print, color, or fit, and we support OEM/ODM production for bulk and private-label buyers. For any customized or bulk order:

  • Any changes requested after production has started may affect cost and delivery timelines
