Shipping & Payment Policy

Since Besign Unique operates on an inquiry and quote basis rather than an automated online checkout, all payments and shipping arrangements are confirmed directly with our team once your order and requirements are finalized. This page outlines how the process typically works.

1. Getting in Touch

Before any payment or shipping is arranged, we discuss your requirements directly through one of the following:

  • Video Call — available on request, especially useful for bulk, wholesale, OEM/ODM orders, or when you’d like to see fabric/samples live before confirming

We recommend a video call for larger or customized orders, so we can walk you through fabric options, prints, and finishing details before production begins.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Once your order, quantities, and pricing are confirmed, payment can be made through any of the following methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/SWIFT)
  • Cheque
  • PayPal
  • Payoneer

Payment details (account information, payment links, or invoices) will be shared directly by our team via email or WhatsApp once your order is finalized. We do not process payments through the website itself.

3. Advance Payment Terms

For most orders, we typically request 60% advance payment at the time of order confirmation, with the remaining 40% payable before dispatch.

That said, the exact advance/balance split can vary depending on the order value, product type, customization involved, client relationship, and destination country — final payment terms will always be confirmed with you in writing (email/WhatsApp) at the time of order confirmation, before production begins.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within the first 24 hours of order confirmation or advance payment confirmation, whichever applies.
  • After the first 24 hours, cancellation is subject to mutual agreement between the client and Besign Unique. If production has already commenced on your order, cancellation terms — including any non-refundable portion of the advance to cover work, materials, or labor already committed — will be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.

We’d always rather work out a fair resolution directly with you than apply a rigid policy, so please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

5. Order Processing Time

Standard order processing typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on:

  • The product type and quantity ordered
  • Whether the item is ready-made/in-stock or made-to-order
  • The level of customization involved (fabric, print, size, embellishment)
  • Current production load with our artisan partners

For bulk, wholesale, or OEM/ODM orders, processing time may vary further based on sampling rounds, approvals, and production scale — we’ll always communicate an estimated timeline upfront once your order is confirmed, and keep you updated if anything changes.

6. Shipping

Once your order is ready, we ship via:

  • International air couriers such as FedEx and DHL for most shipments, especially time-sensitive or higher-value orders
  • India Post, for select shipments where applicable (typically for smaller/domestic orders)

Shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery time will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation, based on your location and the nature of the shipment. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share tracking details with you via WhatsApp or email so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance procedures in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we do our best to meet estimated processing and shipping timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control — such as courier/customs delays, weather disruptions, or extended production timelines for highly customized work. We’ll keep you informed if we anticipate any such delay affecting your order.
