Besign Unique is known for the excellent quality of its furniture. At BU, our extremely talented craftsmen take utmost care to handcraft exquisite furniture, with great attention to the intricacies of design, quality of material and construction. Besign Unique’s quality of furniture is matched only by its strong commitment to Walmart Founder Sam Walton’s belief: ‘There is only one boss. The customer.’

  • Can I cancel my order?

Orders once placed and paid for cannot be changed or cancelled. If unavoidable, please raise a cancellation request with us via email, not later than 12 hours after placing your order. In the event that your order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.

 

  • When can Besign Unique cancel my order?

Under certain unavoidable circumstances, we may be forced to cancel your order.

  • If the product chosen by you fails to meet our stringent quality standards,
  • If the furniture you want is not available, or
  • If the third-party logistics partners are unable to deliver to your location.

 

  • Return and replacement eligibility

We are ready to return or replace your order, on the following conditions:

  • If we deliver the wrong product to you or if what you receive is different from the description in the website
  • If your product is of poor quality or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product you wish to return should be in its original condition, unused and with the serial number intact.
  • For lighting, furniture and fragile items, only products with manufacturing defects will be considered for return.
  • Since all our products are handcrafted and hence unique, a slight variation in colour, shape or size will not be considered a defect and a reason for return.
  • Besign Unique reserves the right to choose the most feasible resolution for your issue. If, after 3 tries, our delivery partner is still unable to deliver your order or you refuse the order, we will not issue a refund for the same.

If your product is eligible for return, please feel free to send us an email – within 48 hours of delivery – citing your order number, delivery address and reason for return.

  • Timeline for returning a product

Please allow us 4-5 business days from the time you request for a return or replacement, to collect your product. If you have asked for a replacement, you will receive it within the specified time.

 

  • Size or fit issue

At Besign Unique, you are also a designer! All our items are custom-made, as per the dimensions provided by you. So, return requests due to size or fit issues will not be accommodated. We would therefore recommend that you carefully evaluate all measurements, including the lift / stairs through which the furniture will be carried, before confirming your order.

  • Where is my money?

In the event that our furniture does not prove to be just right for you, we will issue a refund for the returned product within 7 working days, to the original payment method chosen by you while placing the order.

 

  • Custom-made furniture

Many of our orders include personalised items, with monograms or some other mark to indicate that the product belongs to you. We start working on such orders as soon as we receive your confirmation and as per your instructions. Unfortunately, for such products, cancellation, change, return or refund requests will not be entertained.
