Warranty

 The Besign Unique promise guarantees you defect-free furniture, both in materials and craftsmanship. The company – at its discretion – will repair or replace any manufacturing defects in its products, up to a period of six (6) months.

There are certain conditions under which the warranty will not be valid.

• If your furniture gets damaged due to incorrect use, storage, handling, maintenance or assembly
• If you purposely damage the furniture, or some damage occurs due to product modification
• Normal wear and tear of your furniture is not covered under warranty. Regular use of furniture may cause fabrics to get stained or faded. This is not considered to be a manufacturing defect.
• Labour and / or assembly charges are not covered by the warranty.
• Besign Unique uses natural materials like wood, leather and fabric, which may have colour and texture variations. These are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty. The same applies to fabric-covered buttons.
• Imperfections in wood like knots, burls, variations in colour and grain are often incorporated in the design of the furniture, as they add to the natural beauty of the product. These should not be mistaken as poor-quality materials or workmanship.
• Dents and scratches on wooden furniture due to lack of adequate care and maintenance, and gradual fading of surface finishes are to be expected and are not a part of the warranty.
• With time, there may be slight changes in some parts of our designs. Moreover, since all our products are individually handcrafted, they may differ slightly from the image on our website. Handmade fabric will also have some colour and print variations.

If your furniture has any material or workmanship defect, please inform us within the warranty period, so that we can repair or replace your product free of cost. All Besign Unique product warranties are limited to the original buyer. Your proof of purchase is required (within two days of receiving your order) to validate the warranty. The warranty becomes null and void if:

• The furniture has been used for commercial purposes
• The furniture has been misused or repaired / re-upholstered by a third party.

If your furniture needs to be replaced, the replacement furniture will be of same value as your original furniture. We are not liable for any other charges other than the original purchase cost, nor can we issue a cash refund. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, for us to honour the Besign Unique promise.
