Welcome to Besign Unique, your online furniture store, where every piece of furniture is painstakingly handcrafted for you. Please be assured that all your purchase / sale transactions with us are being carried out in a secure manner. You, our customer, have put your faith in us and we will honour that trust.
All your payment methods – credit card, debit card, cheque, bank transfer, etc. – are secured by Razorpay Software Private Limited. While these transactions will show up in your card statements as ‘Razorpay’ or ‘Razorpay Software Private Limited’, all third-party transactions will reflect an abbreviated form of the merchant’s name.
Order Placement
Your order will be considered complete after you choose the products you wish to purchase, continue with the checkout process, provide your address and contact information and make the payment. Once the amount is deducted from your bank or credit card, your order placement is complete and we will start processing the same. You may contact our customer service representative for further assistance.
Please note that placing an order on our website indicates that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions and payment policy. Once your order is complete, we will ship your product/s at the earliest, depending on availability and logistics.

Product Catalogue
We have made all efforts to ensure that the prices mentioned in our website for all products are accurate and up-to-date. However, if due to cataloguing errors on our part, you have paid the wrong price for a product, we may have to cancel the order. Please be assured that you will receive a full refund of payment.
Please note that all our products are priced in Indian Rupees (INR). International card holders will have to bear the additional exchange rate and bank charges, and any dispute regarding the same will need to be resolved by your bank.
Our products are listed at current prices and you order invoice will be generated as per the prevalent price at the time of payment. We pay GST on our products in India.

You may pay for your order via cheque, internet banking, or by using credit / debit cards. All product prices are inclusive of tax.
- Why am I not able to pay with my credit card?
In case your credit card payment is unsuccessful, please check with you bank / financial institution for any issues. If you are still unable to resolve the matter, please feel free to contact us.
- My computer crashed during the payment process. What do I do?
On successful completion of every transaction, a confirmation email is sent from our side to your registered email ID. In case of an incomplete transaction, please check whether you have received the confirmation email. If not, you can try to place the order again. Please contact us for further assistance.
